This tool allows you to choose between different dlc (so far released by Konami) and change the version, so that the game will read that version

If you want to use the dlc 2.0 and Konami Patch 1.04 but you have installed the dlc 3.0 with this tool, you can do so by choosing DLC 2.0 and Konami Patch 1:04

Select the location of FileLoader

Choose the version of Konami DLC and Patches

Click on apply
